Who we are

This site is run by Reply for Me, the trading name of a sole trader registered in Portugal, who is the data controller. Contact: teamaijj+words@mail.grokbot.com. We will give the controller's full name and address to anyone using their data-protection rights, or to an authority, on request.

There are no accounts or sign-in, and we don't use cookies, analytics, ads or trackers.

The message you paste and any notes you add

The message you paste and any notes you add (the optional "Anything to include?" field) are sent to our AI provider, Cloudflare (Workers AI), only to generate the replies, and we don't store them. The drafts are shown to you and not stored either. We don't log the message, the notes or the drafts.

Cloudflare acts as our processor under its data processing terms and states it doesn't use inputs to train models.

Don't paste or add passwords, card numbers, health, financial or other sensitive details about anyone, in the message or the notes. If the message or your notes contain other people's details, only include what you need and are allowed to share.

Answers are generated by AI and may be wrong. You're responsible for any reply you send. This site never sends anything on your behalf.

Legal basis: performing the service you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / UK GDPR) and, for other people's details in a message or notes, our legitimate interest in providing a reply-writing tool with no storage (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Abuse protection

To stop abuse we count requests per IP address for up to one minute. The count is held in memory only and is discarded after the window; IP addresses are not stored by us. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service available (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare Workers, which may process technical data such as IP address for security and delivery.

Third parties and transfers

Cloudflare acts as our host and AI provider, as our processor. Some data may be transferred outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Pasted messages, notes and drafts: not retained by us; Cloudflare states it does not retain Workers AI inputs or outputs after the request is processed. Rate-limit counts: up to one minute, in memory. Emails you send us: as long as needed to deal with your message, and no longer than 12 months.

Your rights (EU and UK)

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by emailing teamaijj+words@mail.grokbot.com. Because we don't store what you paste, we normally hold no data about you to give back or delete. You can complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt), or your local authority (UK: ICO).

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
